This is an optional DLC for Trouble Comes Twice that adds additional post-game content to the game. Bonus Stories includes three bite-sized short stories for all eight couples: Love Interest POV Stories, Wedding-themed Stories, and a Beach Episode!

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
In order to play this DLC, you must own the base game Trouble Comes Twice.
Make sure you downloaded the new version (TroubleComesTwice-PC-1.0 or TroubleComesTwice-MAC-1.0) for the Bonus Stories DLC to work. If you downloaded the game prior to 2024-04-08, please download it again.
WINDOWS/MAC:
1. Download the rpa file after purchase
2. Open the folder for the Trouble Comes Twice base game and find a folder titled "game" inside. (On Mac, you have to right-click the application launcher and select "view package contents". Search the folders until you find the "game" folder.)
3. Move or copy/paste the rpa file into the "game" folder
After following the above instructions, you should be able to play all the DLC content when you launch the base game (you can access them from the extras menu, in the same place where you find the epilogues). If you have any issues, please direct your questions below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 💜

Hi! i downloaded the new update of the base game on itchio but the only folder labeled "game" is in the demo folder so I ended up having to download the base on steam instead. Once I got it up and running with the dlc in the game folder, the only thing that shows under bonus scenes are the epilogues but it won't even let me play those either. I finished both twins romantic routes for adrian and it still wouldn't allow me to click either of his epilogues. I am not sure if it matters, but it downloads the dlc as an rpy not a rpa file.
Hello! Sorry you’re having issues installing the DLC.
1) Are you using mac or pc? (so we can help you better)
2) The base game on Steam will not work with the DLC file here. The base game and dlc are uploaded differently on steam than here on itchio.
3) For the regular epilogues, you need to have completed both the romantic and dramatic ending in order to unlock the epilogue for that route. It won’t be unlocked if you only complete the route once.
I am on pc. If I cannot use it with the steam base, how should I go about installing it in the updated itchio base? I searched through all available folders of the new build and aside from the one under Demo, there are no other sub folders labeled “game”.
Could you try deleting all the tct game files/folderd you currently have, and then redownloading the new build from itchio? The game folder should be inside the first folder when you open it up.
so i figured out why it wasn't working. I downloaded the new build in the app instead of the website. I went ahead and deleted the app one and redownloaded the base build online. It is working now with the dlc. Thank you for your help! :)
I can't download the DLC. Error message: "An error occurred during installation. No manager for installer unknown".
